Waited in line on the phone twice at no avail. First time after waiting in line for 5min they just closed the phone. Second time after waiting another 5min they answered, I said one second to adjust my phone speaker and then they put me back on hold?? So I was back to being nr. 6 in the cue... ended up using another company.

They are right on time and the drivers are very friendly
I used to use this company but I noticed that most of the time they drive slow on purpose and modify manually the prices increasing them a lot even that I am looking the screen and for example says 150 and then goes to 170 even that we are parked in destiny place . Besides I respect people and religion but some of then wanna force you to hear their Muslim prayers or saying that you have to do this or that . I cannot recommend it .
In the unlucky event you are assigned to the one with car plate AN 98 020 at the airport be prepared for a complete lack of politeness. I uninstalled their app and will use one of a competitor hoping basic politeness is involved in the price.

Horrible company. My sister had to be rushed to the hospital so we ordered a taxi. He purposely took a longer route which ended up costing 200 extra Danish crowns. Unacceptable when the person you are transporting is in pain and needs a doctor. Another incident: ordered a taxi via the secretary of my sister's doctor. Told her to time it so that he is here when my sister is done too. He was there within 3 minutes. He said he wait a few more minutes (he already seemed agitated). After a while I went down to cancel him as he arrived way to early and didn't want to waste his time. He wanted me to pay a 100 Danish crown taxi order fee. I refused and he got really aggressive and started shouting I had to compensate him for taking up his time and his argument was \when you order a pizza and he arrives you can't say no\ Well if the pizza came 30 min before asked time - yes I can. Use another firm. They rip off their customers and treat them badly!!!
Lost my phone in one of their cabs. Got it back, even after I left the country. Best service ever! Thanks a lot
We took a big Taxi in Copenhagen and my son forgot his backpack with his IPad with a bunch of photos from our holiday and more important stuff in the backseat of the car, we realized it only 20 minuets later so I called the taxi office and asked them to contact the driver, it took a while but in the end the driver called me back an gave me the backpack again, we didn’t have much hope of retrieving it again but luckily we did :)
