I had unfortunately smashed the screen on… I had unfortunately smashed the screen on my Iphone .XR .But got the best, professional service one could wish for and shortly after my phone was made! It was a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend it to others! The Mobilhospitalet is definitely worthy of 5 stars!

Went to change the screen, questionable quality as my battery runs out twice as fast now. Or accidentally they changed also battery.
Worst experience ever for phone service. Unprofessional help and extremely low quality products. Came in to buy a panzer glass for my phone and once the assistant put it on the screen, he realizes that the size of the protection is way slimmer than the whole screen width. After asking for explanation and obviously expecting a refund, they kept me on hold for days saying that \only the boss could do refund\. If you have the slightest doubt to consider the Mobil hospitalet once in nørrebrogade, don't go, it's damn useless.
Nice guys and flexible on price. I had my screen changed on my iPhone. Although the touched stopped working after 2 weeks, they immediately gave me a new screen, even though i hadn't kept my receipt.
First off, I am a serious Google local guide, and always deliver reflected reviews of places I visit, or services I use. STAY AWAY! (And PLEASE read!) I went to Mobilbospitalet to get my broken screen fixed. The night I came home, I noticed poor color and brightness (compared to my girlfriends exact same phone), and my home button, was “sticking up”, as if the screen was too thin. The screen also delivered false colors when pressed, which it’s not supposed to do. Also parts of the screen was not working, unless i shut it off, and started it again. Because of work, I could not visit the shop during their opening hours for a few weeks. When I came in, to claim my “1 year warranty”, I was met with “no problem”. Until I went to pick up my phone. They claimed the phone had been dropped, and could not stand for a return. I tried to explain it had been in a “super case” since I got it back, and the damage to the housing (screen is in perfect condition) was from the drop that made me repair it in the first case. I also pointed out the flaws mentioned above, that started the first day, and would have been unrelated to a damage. My original screen lasted me a month without anything but a disturbance from cracked glass. There was no understanding, and no try to compromise. I was given the same offer as another reviewer, that he “would fix it for 500kr, while first repair was 700kr, and that gave him 0% profit, a real deal” DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! They are hustlers, who sell a product that is way below par, and they do not stand for their so-called “warranty”.
Jeg fik skiftet skærmen på min iPhone. 20 minutter efter afhentning lægger jeg telefonen på en bænk og idet jeg lægger den, går skærmen i stykker. Jeg vender tilbage til mobilhospitalet og forklarer situationen. De påstår herved hårdnakket at jeg har tabt telefonen fordi den ikke kan gå i stykker af sig selv. Ved mere diskussion får den unge og ubehøvlede mand ringet til sin chef og ender derefter med at skifte skærmen igen. Nu, kort tid efter, er min ‘home knap’ stoppet med at virke. Jeg kan på ingen måde anbefale nogen at tiltro denne butik med elektronik mm. Utrolig dårlig opførsel, produkt og service. Desværre.
Super service har brugt Mobilhospitalet mange gange. Altid hurtig betjening.
