I can't say I'm happy as a client of Merkur. I chose them when I moved to Denmark a few years ago because I heard they were more 'ethical' sort of bank in terms of investments, etc. However, in the times when I've sought customer assistance for particular issues, they've continually let me down. For example, when my bank card recently broke in half and I had to wait a week for the replacement, their solution to the fact that I had no money and could not access my account during that period was to \ask a friend\ for help. Great service :/

Hold da op, hvor er det besværligt, at blive kunde her - ONLINE. Man skal igen og igen og igen og igen bruge nem id og cpr nr, så jeg har \opgivet\. Ville gerne skifte til en bank, der vist nok har miljø højt på dagsordenen.
