Possibly the largest department store in Denmark. And one of the many Magasin stores around the country. Prices can be high, but depending on the season you might end up finding some good bargains. I am pretty happy with their discounts and I was able to find some great shoes and bags in there. They also have a canteen-style bistro on the top floor with some lovely views of Copenhagen. Consider hiding in there (post Covid) especially if it rains outside.

Magasin du Nord is one of the biggest & most popular shopping malls/department stores in Copenhagen, Denmark. The store covers five floors as well as the basement. You’ll find beauty and accessories, men & women’s wear, sportswear and travel equipment. Also there are lots of luxurious local & international brands.

This is the place to go get you designer clothes, they have am immense selection of clothes. It really like a big Harvey Nichols and if you are a tourist, you get 10% off as well. Brilliant. Loved it!

Very typical warehouse, you will find the shelves full of international brands you can get in similar warehouses around the world. Though, you will find a lot of Scandinavian brands and products. I like to go there 2-3 times a year especially when they got the summer and Winter sales. The service is usually very good here and the product range is also better than most places. Magasin is situated in a way so it got the Metro (subway) stop underneath the complex. So you can travel there without taking the weather into consideration.
