My boyfriend and I decided to try this Magasasa as we tried the other one in Meatpacking district multiple times and never were disappointed (the food, drinks and service there were always on point). Now, this restaurant was the total opposite. The table was sticky, and I had to go and get the waiter to take our order, despite the lack of customers. He did tell us that the food could take some time to arrive, but 1h for a plate or fried rice and vegetables, really ? The dumplings we ordered as well seemed precooked and then fried once ordered. The waiter didn’t even apologize once the food arrived. We won’t come again.

Been at this particular Magasasa 3 times now. Really nice and authentic place! I highly recommend the crispy braised pork and the pan fried dumplings! Also, the service is great. My friend needed to catch a train so they went above and beyond to bring us the food as fast as possible. They also gave us boxes to take the remaining food to go ️
Fairly authentic Chinese food, which taste great, but seems to vary a little, depending on which chef is working. Have come here on and off for the last 6 years and I'm not disappointed. If you want something more classy with better service, go to one of their other restaurants, however those are also more expensive.
I was positivily surprise by the the food quality. Me and my friend had different dishes just so we can try out more variety.
Had dinner with two friends. Ordered roasted duck, boiling fish, and one vegetable dish. The duck and fish are really good, have the authentic taste of Chinese food.
Much needed asian treat after a week of bread and butter. Not exotic or genuiunly original in any way, but a relatively better chinese food treat in copenhagen nonetheless.
You can try a good and delicious chilies food.
