We love the atmosphere on the water, and the feeling of freedom you get by sailing. We believe everyone should have the opportunity to experience that, without compromising comfort or safety. Therefore, we founded FriendShips back in 2016. The concept: Rent your own electric boat and get the freedom to explore Copenhagen at your own pace. All boats are equipped with a steering wheel, soft cushions and a large wooden table in the centre of the boat. No experience or license is needed, the captain just needs to be at least 18 years old. Each boat fits up to 8 people, so bring your friends, family or colleagues along on the ultimate "hygge"​ cruise around the canals of Copenhagen.

What a nice way of touring around the city through the canals. The boats are quite nice, they are big and comfortable with a table to set up a picnic while cruising. They are powered by a small battery - more environmentally friendly. They are not fast but you are not on race! They are properly maintained and clean and the staff was friendly and very informative! Recommended!

So much fun! The boat was slightly harder to steer than anticipated, but we learned it eventually :) I would recommend buying 2 hours, and bring some drinks and snacks! It's a very cozy activity for all ages.

Very nice way of seeing Copenhagen from a different angle. Friendly service, boats were clean and easy to maneuver. Seemed like boats from other providers didn’t have a steering wheel which we definitely appreciated.

Great time on the water! Was all very easy. We were a little early, however the helpful staff got us underway pretty much straight away. Boats are easy to drive and way more comfortable than the goboats. We'll be back!

Very friendly and helpful staff we had a technical peoblem with our boat today after going out, and they quickly sent someone to get us back to the harbour and replaced our boat with a new one, and reset our trip duration so that we could go and enjoy a wonderful summer evening on the harbour. We will def. use them again
