Super helpful staff not afraid to help an English-speaker. Visited this location multiple times, helpfulness is on par with or better than any tech shop I’ve ever visited. I work in tech and started my career at a tech store like Elgiganten. Genuinely impressed.

Big shop - big prices. Sometimes have a good promotions.
Nice staff. Bought new phone here. Waited 10 mins for the technicians in the basement before they could put a protective glass on my screen, but I was also 4th in line.
