I normally don't write reviews, but there are so many bad ones that I decided to write about my experience. I've been Dr Kuprowski's patient for almost 3 years now and always had only good experience here. Doctor Kuprowski is always attentive, caring, asking questions and refers to a specialist if there is a need for it. It's also easy to get an appointment there, even with a short notice. His assistant Pani Magda is also super nice and friendly woman. So I can highly recommend this clinic

Not bothered about finding the underlying problem to your ailments so that you have to keep coming back all the time. Had to insist on a referral to a specialist for my problem, who finally said I needed surgery..! He won't give you test results unless you book a physical time a week later to get them at the office, incredibly inconvenient when everywhere else will phone you up or send you an email. It's 2020, get on the internet. Also charged me a cancellation fee even though I phoned to let them know I couldn't make it for an appointment. Nowhere does it say in the office nor has the secretary ever said that there's a fee for doing so. The only positive thing I can say is that they are quite quick to get you an appointment on the same day or day after, but it's rushed and you barely have time to explain your symptoms before you're rushed out again.

I came with a knee problem and diagnosis that I've done few years before to ask for any guidelines for what I could do to ease the pain, since the injury came back. \Doctor\ reccommended to eat vegatables and wait till pain stops. Indeed helpful.

Absolutely horrible! I chose him because he was amongst the doctors who speak English. He barely speaks English and is extremely rude. I had severe pain & inflammation and had to literally cry and beg him for a referral to a specialist. He said ok, this is the last time...well for me sure because I instantly switched doctor. I cannot understand why someone with 0 passion/compassion chooses to become a doctor. I don't recommend him at all!

I cannot understand why people rate him so badly here. I had always very good experience. He talks German to me and his secretary is very sweet an picks up some German words, or explains the procedures in very slow understandable Danish. Jarek has appointments free within short time and always ask to call again after one week if the symptoms are gone and if not he will do a follow check-up. They always do upfront laboratory tests and check extra things just to be 100% sure. So at least for all German speakers I can highly recommend him. Of course, he is working on a schedule like every doctor here in Denmark. So if you call him you need to tell him everything that you want to have covered, otherwise you need to get a new appointment. Again, I can only speak good things about him! It’s fast, efficient and you get all the care you need!

Such a weird experience. No communication or interaction at all. Basically just puts me in a chair (kinda in the reception literally next to the secretary's computer lol where other people are free to see me as/if they walk in), drained three glasses of blood, then said that I will get my results next week. What results? I haven't even explained myself properly for why im at the doctors in the first place? All I did was write like three keywords when booking the appointment online. I simply didn't understand anything when I walked out of there. I believe getting to know your patients especially in terms of medical history and interaction is crucial when working as a general practitioner. A physician is someone you should be comfortable with, discuss and explain both physical and psychological concerns to, not someone who pushes you out of the door as you walk in...

I wouldn't even give this man 1 star. The rudest man I have ever spoken too. Not only was the appointment horrific, trying to find out results is even worse. He doesn't speak English so therefore he gets angry and aggressive. I am not able to get my results as I he cannot understand my English or Danish, so I am screwed.

One star is a lot for this doctor. I called him and asked if he speaks English and he said no and hanged up the phone. I later called again and his secretary booked an appointment for me. I found out that he does speak English - he was only refusing to do so. My appointment lasted for 2 minutes and the doctor's approach to my problem was only to treat the symptoms. He did not care about my medical history or whatsoever. This is the worse doctor I have met.
