I found Hej Balloons in a google search and I am so glad I did! I reached out through the Hej Balloons website and Josephina wrote back immediately. I only gave her about 24 hours notice, and she was able to work within that small timeframe to create and deliver the bouquet the next day. I wanted a flamingo theme, and Hej Balloons suggested a few ideas that were within my budget. Since I do not live locally (I am in New York!) it was important that Hej Balloons could deliver, and Josephina was very accommodating on the delivery time. She even walked it up four flights of stairs to bring it directly to my friend's door. Before delivering, Josephina sent me a picture of the balloon bouquet so I could see the finished product (the picture she sent is below). She also sent me an image of the card with my personalized message - and even the card had a flamingo picture on it! My friend LOVED the surprise balloon bouquet, as did her small daughter. Using Hej Balloons was a wonderful experience from start to finish - easy to use website (payment was done directly on the website) and Josephina was so professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Thank you, Hej Balloons, for helping me celebrate my friend's birthday from across the globe!

We asked for a custom balloon bouquet for a 16th birthday and it came out fabulous. We organized everything remotely and communicated via direct messages on Instagram before and after making the purchase online through the website. The whole process was seamless and Josephina made a beautiful balloon bouquet that exceeded our expectations and put a smile on the birthday girl’s face. We will definitely order more balloons for other special occasions as we were all super happy with the arrangement and the nice and personal touch of having them delivered.

I want to recommend Hej Balloons 100%! :) Josephina is an amazing person, she was always super nice, super professional, she was always willing to help with very creative ideas and she helped me with everything I had in mind. The surprise balloon bouquet was gorgeous!!! :) Also, I can say Josephina was super patient while I made up my mind because all balloon options she has are very beautiful and I had a hard time deciding. Since the moment I contacted her I felt I was in good hands and I felt super comfortable with telling her my ideas and she was more than happy to suggest a few more ideas that I totally loved. I also loved that she was as excited as I was to help me with the surprise on the delivery day, even though it was very early in the morning for her :) During the delivery of the balloons there were a few last minute changes, because when you surprise someone there's always bumps on the road and she looked for Plan B right away which made the surprise even more special. I will certainly contact her in the future! :) Thank you Josephina and Hej Balloons!! I just wish you were here in Mexico too!! :)
I recently ordered balloon bouquet for my sister in law's 40th Birthday. I'm based in London and Josephina was so helpful with designing within my budget and getting it delivered. The balloons looked amazing and were well received. I would definitely recommend HEJ BALLOONS for any celebration.
I would love to share my story....because of Covid I was not able to attend my sweet Mors 80th birthday party in Denmark ... I reached out to Josephina oh Hej Balloons Never in my life have I encountered such genuine professionalism, helpfulness always quick to respond to emails...I mean my goodness I could go on… I was in the best of hands! My mom had her birthday party in a beautiful location that was then even more beautiful thanks to the balloon decorations set up by Hej Balloon!!! We had a great experience with Josephina from Hej Balloons for my sons birthday party. She was extremely well organized, professional and great with the children. The balloons made the party really special and we all enjoyed watching her make the intricate designs. Highly recommend for an extra touch that makes it memorable for all.
