Senior staff along with temp staff are really good and the backbone at Flora. Management and Leder are not professional and organized. We did not had great experience from management. 1) we were given 1 day notice with lot of pressure to move to børnehave.(quite tough as we are working parents) 2) during corona, the leder was pressurizing my wife to take care of our son who had given birth to a new born week ago. (pladsanvisning called them and everything was fine, strange) 3) Only my son and another one was not moved to udflytte( both have parents as foreigner). They said my son friends will be kept together. She was a liar as rest of the friends were also moved to udflytterbørnehave. My son still miss his friends from vugguestue :(
