0 stars from me!!!! Trying to warn others about using this hair salon. They do not speak english at all. I asked for a toner for my blond hair it seemed they had understood but unfortunately not and I ended up bright orange, a customer next to me who spoke english/danish helped me to communicate with them and they tried to fix it and it ended up worse. The older lady who welcomes you is a bully and yells at the girls working there when it was actually her fault as she takes the orders and tells the girls...I am suspect this business is actually legitimate! now I have read all the other terrible reviews I felt I needed to put my experience out there.

I really had a bad experience. Very poor communication skills and they dont even understand what the customer wants.
NEVER AGAIN!!!! Worst experience ever!
Walked in and asked how much for a wash and blow wave. They answered 250 DK. I agreed. They washed my hair which was very unpleasant process of using nails to scratch my scalp. Followed by a rough not smooth dry. But the worst part was at the end the owner grabbed my CC and punched in 400DK I objected and was told it was because they gave me curls ( which I didn’t ask for ) before I could do anything she said ok 350 and had processed the payment. Stay away. TERRIBLE!
Can do better
Well, I got my hair cut... I went for a simple haircut. It started out with the usual hair wash, which took about twenty minutes, apparently included some kind of cuddling of my head and ended with two rather unpleasant bangs to my head. Getting to the haircut the hair dresser did by no means keep her focus on me, hardly at all inquired about how I wanted my hair cut. This resulted in my having to ask for her cutting off more hair twice and still leaving slightly too hairy. She did however manage to deliberately take off my sideburns with a razor, an idea I definitely cannot see how she would think would be good... I came in with low expectations and was sorely disappointed. Stay away!
