I was glad to find a public sauna in Copenhagen that promised an authentic experience and had lots of positive reviews. However, once I got inside, it was just me and about 10 dudes, several of whom were doing awkward stretching and squats in the middle of the sauna while trying to make eye contact with me. So if you are a woman/femme of center, just be aware that you might not have the most relaxing or comfortable experience. On the plus side, the sauna was nice and hot, and it was a great way to combat jet lag. I would not go back on my own...YMMV.
Lovely cozy little place. I made reservations at a high end sauna (tourist) then a dannish friend told me of this pleace and I'm glad I went. Very authentic experience, coed, nude, men, women, one child when I was there. After you get past the super nakedness (typical American) it's so amazing. Amazing price, 50kr got entrance, towel, rassul clay for fact and body. Sauna is very hot, perfect as Denmark is cold. Good looking normal people. I would go back, great value and cultuRal experience.
Chillex place warm sauna and interesting people. Low price and you can get razur to treat your skin. Not much relax chairs tho...
