Got my gears fixed for almost 2000 dkk and the bike was returned to me with a flat tire and the gears still needed adjustment before working 100%. Poor level of service and not very customer minded. The place deserves 0 stars.

I came with a special request that I expected to get rejected. But Lars was very patient and dedicated quite some time to help me, and that despite the fact that the shop wouldn't earn much on it. THAT IS WHAT YOU CALL GOOD SERVICE ! Thanks a lot, keep up the good work :) !

When i went there and asked to fix flat tire, the guy asked me whether i bought my bike here and i said no. He said then you cant fix your bike here. I felt a bit offended already but then the other guy said it’s possible. The worst part is that after i got my “fixed” bike back, i was riding my bike to go to work and had to brake. But my hand brake didnt work and luckily i could brake with the peddal brake. I went to my work place, checked what happened and found that they disconnected my handle brake and didnt connect it back when they fixed my front tire. So i had to go back there after work and told them about it. The guy asked so it didnt work right after you got it back? And i said yes? But he didnt apologize for what happened and just make it work again and just left. So i just left the shop. They fixed my bike in the end but this whole experience was so unpleasant. Never going back there again.

Really Nice shop, but why to close so early? If you are a normal worker and if your want to put your bike in revision, your have to wait a complete week. It means no training... For me the only negative point.

Mange tak til alle personaler i Fri bike shop Lyngby for at give mig den bedste support ifm køb af en el-cykel .Jeg har været der et utal af gange for at få information om hvilken cykel der var bedst til mig og med prøveture af forskellige cykler,jeg fik masser af råd og vejledning og sammen fandt vi den rigtige El cykel til mit behov ... En fantastisk cykel \ TREK\ som jeg fra første prøvetur følte mig forelsket i og på .En MEGET stor tak til jer alle i Lyngby for en god atmosfære i butikken, tid til vejledning , en ærlighed og tryghed som betyder meget når man skal købe sin første EL cykel ..Jeg kan varmt anbefale Fri bike shop i Lyngby de giver medvind på cykel stien !!
