Under the current crazy restrictions El Giganten do their Click and Collect efficiently with the minimum of fuss and without making the customer feel like an unclean alien. ( Unlike Power in Horsens! )

Not very friendly service. Normally elgiganten is known for excellent service but not here. Staff is quite arrogant and don’t want to help customers.
Nice staff and helpfully all the time. Quality and good prices.
Be ready to wait a long time in line, often to be told that stock isn't the one indicated on the website...
When man has to pickup the paid item sometimes has to wait for hour and there is no any sit in waiting room. It is not a very unfriendly place for old or ill peoples. Plus it is a big mess and they sale very poor quality products

If you looking for electronic stuff this is a good place to go. They have good prices and also price match. Service there is good the staff try to help you as much as possible. They also have a warranty drop off point in the store.
Decent place with a large variety of products. However their returnimg policy depends on the products and do not always make much sense. Plastic bags cost money even when you buy for a really high amount of money. The wait time is long and the people that work there sometimes seems like they have been rushed through the introduction of the store. However they are all very friendly and do wish to help.
