Sunday the 25th October I went to Bauhaus Kolding to buy an electrical saw and some cutting knives for another electrical tool. I had my 2 year old child in my arms so I wanted to get out as quick as possible from the store so I asked the boy from the El tools department for help. He took out a package with a DeWalt tool i wanted because it was locked in a storage box and then he did not want me to keep it in my cart but he decided by himself to put it at the checkout. He did not asked me for what I wanted, he just went to the checkout and told his college about it. I guess this happened because he thought I will steal the tool or something. Afterwards I asked him to show me where I can find the cutting knife i needed for another tool. He just pinpointed me the whole department where I should find it with no specifics. I told him that is like finding a needle in a haystack, I needed help because my child does not have patience for me to search the whole department. He was rude,indifferent and not helpful. Very bad experience. I regret choosing you that day and leaving 2000 kr in your store with the employees that you have hired.

Worst place to go if you need help with anything. People who work there just don't really want to help. You have to track people down for help. Then the person will say you have to ask the person that works in that department. That fine if you can find the person that works in that department. SILVAN hardware store is much better. People are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help. I have never been told to find the person that works in a certain department at Silvan. They will either find the person for me or help me themselves.
