Smooth transport of luggage from cruise ship to airport We were very happy with the responsive staff during the reservation-process of our transport. The transport itself was as promised and we were happy to enjoy a day in Copenhagen without our luggage.

We arrived in Copenhagen after a cruise with Norwegian and wanted to spend the day in the city before a late flight home. Valizo was awesome. They took our luggage from the cruise terminal, I didn't have to hand them over. We got our luggage back at Copenhagen airport, terminal 3, 3rd floor. I highly recommend printing their tags and writing on the cruise ship tag as well c/o Valizo. The only thing is they were supposed to text me when my luggage was picked up and they didn't so this needs improvement. I called and was reassured they had my 4 pieces of luggage. Otherwise, it's well worth it.
we used valizo to transport our luggage from the airport to our hotel and later after our cruise from the cruise port to the airport. we found this to be a wonderful service totally reliable and we thoroughly recommend it

Nothing short of outstanding service from Valizo with transporting and storing my bag for a few days while in Copenhagen! From the initial inquiry regarding pickup and storage to the receipt of my bag at the airport, this was a reliable and excellent service. Fluid communication from the company with regards to coordinating timelines and with my bag being stored at the airport. Very friendly and professional team handling communication and pickup as well. Storage at the airport is in a secure location within Terminal 3 at CPH with little to no reason for any users to be worried about theft or issues relating to secure storage. I highly recommend this service and applaud Valizo on their business model!
