Buyer Beware! To fix my bike I went to Loke Cykler and they charged over double the price for a bike tool. The going rate for a pro bike gear 15 function multi tool is around 162kr. They sold it for 379kr! Don’t make my mistake. Do your homework. Don’t buy anything overpriced from Loke Cykler!
Overpriced, the older gentlemen is a good repair man, the younger one is incompetent and unfriendly.
The guy simply doesn't want to sell. He is bored to death answering questions. He can barely reply with yes or no. If you value your time just don't think passing outside. Even on bike!
Super rude (lack of) service. I ordered and paid for a bike and got a text a few days later that it was ready for pick-up. Part of the deal was that they would attach lights for me. They hadn't done that and said they wouldn't have time to fix it until a few days later. When I pointed out the bad service and the problem with announcing that a bike was ready to be picked up when it wasn't, the guy got super defensive and blamed his co-worker. I ended up requesting a refund. I wonder when the money will be back in my account.
Bought a brand new Trek Zektor 2 on a Friday, great advice and customer service. The next Monday the chain jumps and the whole read derailleur gets into the wheel and goes a full 360 with it, I am still puzzled about how this happened. Bring the bike on Monday 4PM to the shop, next day 1PM it is fully repaired with new original rear derailleur and full re-adjustment, for no charge. This is my second pretty good bike I have bought at this shop (1st got stolen), and I cannot recommend them enough.
It's a great looking place but if your bike is bigger or heavier than Christiania bike, I would not bring it there, they sent me away with my flat tire cargo bike. Staff was partly friendly, quality is probably ok.
Absolutely outrageous. Charged 500kr for changing a chain. The chain was 200kr and the labour was 300kr
