Cant tell you about the bad reviews, but I was greeted by a very friendly chap. Did the fixes very cheap and very fast. Seems like they're good fixes too. A wheel fix and hydraulic brake pressure. I will definitely come again.

Best service with the best prices in the city.
Went in to install bike lock. The repair guy suggested I buy the cheaper one, and furthermore gave a free tune-up, brake fluids, tire pressure, and chain oiling, all without asking! My bike feels great to ride :) Thanks!
Expensive for the services he offers and not friendly at all. I payed around 600 kr for a gear system that after 2 months broke again with me using the bike not more that 10 times this period. So I took it back to him, explained the situation and told him to look at it because this is not normal. So after a while he called me and told me that the gear system was broken again and he blamed me for it and start using unreasonable excuses, even though he could clearly see and knew that the gear system he has put on, was malfunctioning. And when I asked to just leave it as it is, so I can take it to someone else to fix it, or do it myself, he asked for 350 kr for the time that he spent on the bike!!!!! So I could not do anything else but pay another 600 kr and get it fixed. And guess what?? the 'new' gear system that he installed, had problems again after some use that I did to the bike. So ridiculous!!!
I went for changing the chain. Agreed to pick it up next day upon a call. No call received, I went the day after and charged me 450kr!! Reason: he put air in the wheels, some fat and tight one brake... That was unnecessary and I did not ask for it. And still the 450kr are not justified. Furthermore, the gears were disadjusted, so I took the bike back. He tried to adjust them and said \I think they are ok now\. Guess what, they were not, so I just did it myself. I cannot be bother to go back and I recommend you to stay away too.
Super sød, venlig, professionel og ærlig cykel reparatør! Kan helt klart anbefale denne cykel forhandler. Han tager sig tid til din cykel og alt foregår meget hurtigt og enkelt. Havde et tilbagevendende problem med hakkende gear og han hjalp hver gang. En virkelig rar oplevelse hver gang!
