Very poor customer service. - I placed my order on Friday morning 14.12. On the website they state that orders are send on the following working day, which would be Monday 17.12. - I wrote to them on both facebook and e-mail and they said it is going to be send out on Tuesday, so one day delay. - On Tuesday I received invoice and tracking number so I thought everything is fine - then on Wednesday they wrote to me that they don't have purple bottle and what other color can they send. On the website they state that everything what you see is on stock. Even if it isn't, three days seems to me like long enough time to pick up a phone and let me know about it. - there is also information that they use DHL to send order, but in fact it was Deutsche Post, so finally post office is delivering it, which takes longer of course (in fact I had to go to the post office and pick it myself). - finally it was very poorly packed, items were put loosely in big air bubble envelope, without any extra filling. It came thorn and repacked, with infomation from carrier that it wasn't packed good. Fortunately nothing was missing. Now I can see that most of the good reviews here come from the stuff or people conected with the company, it is to check it on their facebook profile.
It was definetely worth buying a LifeStraw bottle for my last trip - and especially the \Give Back\ programme is great!
Le service client n'est pas à la hauteur du produit. Le produit doit être livré sous 3 à 5 jours. 12 jours après avoir passé ma commande, je n'avais toujours rien reçu. Et pourtant j'ai été débité le lendemain de la commande. Après plusieurs emails, j'ai enfin une réponse: mon email de commande s'est perdu ! Je demande à ce que mon produit soit envoyé au plus vite, ce qui est fait. Mais bien-sûr sans aucun geste commercial ! J'ai attendu ma commande pendant 20 jours sans savoir si elle allait arriver un jour. Payer 60 pour recevoir avec 15 jours de retard une gourde ne me semble pas correct. Je n'acheterai plus de produits chez WaternLife, même si le produit est bien (je ne l'ai pas encore testé donc je ne sais pas).
