Amazing customer service. Went to this place a few weeks ago to buy a fishing rod and wheel for my dad's 80th birthday. I don't know anything about fishing let alone fishing gear. The very helpful young guy found a set for me, but I wanted to spend a bit more....not a problem at all, he found a set more in line with my budget. THANK you....and the gift was beautifully wrapped.
