If you ever wanted the experience of going to the car-shop for replacing a headlight and then getting told you need a new engine and might as well get buy a new car from them, -this is the place to go. It all looks very friendly and professional on the outside but will 100% rip you off if they can. I went in and got told my sax needed 8000dkk worth in repairs, I got a bit suspicious and went for a 2nd and 3rd opinion. Only very minor repairs needed. Plays like a charm now. If you do end up going here anyway, better know your stuff or you're in for trouble
I ordered a D'addario Select Jazz tenor mouthpiece in the limited marbled version. After having two bad experiences with ordering this mouthpiece in local Dutch online shops, and then getting the news that the mouthpiece wasn't in stock after all, I contacted I.K. Gottfried to double check if they really had this one in stock. I got a very quick and friendly reply from Jens of I.K. Gottfried. He double checked it for me, and replied that it was in stock, so I was able to order it. Took only three days to deliver it from Denmark to The Netherlands! Very swift delivery! Well done and thank you for your service, in these online days this is becoming very special indeed.
