Humanitarian Navigator was established in 2014 to have a platform for humanitarian workers, based on the needs for information to find the pathway to their humanitarian career. We are an initiative for candidates that want to join the humanitarian sector; for those who already work in the sector and look for a new international career path. Learning through networking; chatting to others who have hands-on experience, finding courses and training, asking questions and getting answers from professionals in the field. The network is also a place where people can promote themselves, and to network to search for the right career paths in the humanitarian field. Recruiters also join the network to search for talent.
