Big shout out to Michal, who worked the Saturday night shift while we were there. I asked for an iron and he delivered it to my room, and as we walked down we saw that he was cleaning the hotel immaculately. Not only did he clean the hotel, he went outside and cleaned along the sidewalk the hotel was at to keep the curb appeal clean. I have worked at many hotels and can say people like Michal is what our industry is all about. Attention to detail, friendliness, and good service. I didn't mention anything to him but hope if the owner sees this they can take away that guests notice these stars in the staff and it truly makes a difference. About the hotel, it's decent for the price and the location couldn't be anymore central. The breakfast is basic but very yummy and a great perk. We were able to save a lot on food during our trip just by eating a big breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Also, thanks for the chocolates in the room when we arrived. That little touch makes a great impression!

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Close to a lot of things, including the harbour. You can almost smell the seafood when you're in your room. Recommended!
Very nice hotel placed in the middle of the Aalborg's city center. Super friendly and helpfull staff. Rooms are Ok, nothing to fancy, but clean and enjoyable. Breakfast was also nice, but not very diverse, still the food was good. Only downside would be that being in the center of it all, it might get noisy depending on whether its weekend or not, but they offer free earplugs in the room so that makes things a bit better.

The hotel is situated right in the middle of the city shopping street in Aalborg. The hotel tastefully decorated with cosy rooms and a lovely lounge but the room I stayed was quiet small and comfortable enough. When you check-in the hotel you have go up through stairs. The staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel has 35 rooms that all include a separate toilet with bath, and TV. Wi-fi is accessible all over the hotel. The hotel price include breakfast buffet which serve everyday from 7:00 a.m to 10:00 only. The hotel takes quiet of a walk around 20 minutes to the train central station but if you have luggage with you this might quiet inconvenient but the hotel is a few minutes walk to the bus station that brings you to the station. The hotel is a few minutes walking distance to the water.
