There's something else about this particular office. It's easy to get through on the phone, and when you talk to them they treat you with respect and are extremely polite! We applied for the blue EU card for both me and my wife, and even though they made a small mistake in the handling of the case, all our dealings with them over the phone was great. I wish the \customer service\ level was this high at all other government offices in Denmark.

Fast and reliable, very good English and easy communication with good recommendation.
They have no clue what is going on no one can take a decision and they let you down every time you have made an agreement... If I could I wouldn't have any contact with them please try to fix your things on your own you can't count on them
Only had to wait 2 minutes, and the lady was very helpful and understanding.
They reject absolutely everything no matter what you are entitled to.
I was directed very quickly and the woman tried to speak english as much as possible and explain what I should do. She was nice and helpful.
