Bought a turn table from them a month back. It had some construction flaws that prevented me from \dialling in\ the tone arm thus preventing me from listening to my vinyls. After getting of the phone with their support staff they told me to bring it to the nearest shop so I did. After 15 mins of fiddling with the thing they found and issue and replaced it right away, no questions asked. They even balanced the tone arm for me and answered some unrelated studio monitor related questions. All in all, great place with great service! Def a must if you're into hifi music equipment! Oh and they have a few good vinyls for sale, too!

Great and patient service. Very knowledgeable staff. Great products and a nice range. I have no complaints and I got exactly what I wished for.
Bought a headphone there. Everyone was very friendly, patient, and offered help multiple times. Headphones are easy to try out, with instructions on how to connect your own phone to each headphone. Much better experience than any of the electronic markets around in Frederiksberg.
Superb service. Bought two Sonos speakers that came on sale 3 weeks later. Visited the store and mentioned it, they immediately paid out the difference so I got the offer too, even though they weren't technically on sale when I made my purchase. I used the discount to buy a third speaker though, so maybe that counted toward something. ;) But I felt their service was very good. Employees are knowledgable too, and the product catalogue is high quality.
