very very dissapointing. They have ignored my ''''support tickets'''' for over a week now. And there is close to 10 of them now. I dont believe them anymore when they say it is of upmost importance. And because of this I have missed out on making alot of money (believe me on that one) I dont know whats going on but it is very very dissapointing.

Ive had a trading account for a little over two years. I have been very happy with the SaxoTraderGo platform and the fees are low and reasonable. I've had some issues with slow processing time when it comes to taking money out and into my normal accounts. But it seems the new policies have adjusted for that.

Wholeheartedly impressed and satisfied after moving to Saxo Trader from another scandinavian platform. Everything from the data availible in the console, to the support and service provided by the staff is much higher than expected. The fact that all the data and news are availible in the same platform, without any clutter is a great win for me - its saves me many hours of work and research.

Ingen minimum kurtage, varede kun indtil Saxo Bank havde lokket en masse retail traders i nettet, november 2020, så smed de 14kr0,10% på som minimumkurtage både ved salg og køb. Det næste bliver vel et passiv gebyr på aktiesparekontoen, den er rigtig græm, men tænk på hvad man kunne få i kasse og det vil helt sikker imponere den øverstledelse i hovedkvarter i Bejing.
