I brought my cat in to shave away some tangled hairs on his belly. They shaved him entirely. I have had this done numerous times at other vets and there is absolutely no need to shave him completely. The result is that for the past days my cat has been constantly shivering and there is nothing I can do to help. It is so sad and so beyond me that a vet does not think about this.

I wanted to find a new home to my cats. A woman called me and accepted the cats with the condition that I can see them at least once a month. After 2 weeks she called me and said she has given my cats to another woman in Hillerød and I should contact Lise (vetenerian doctor that works in this clinic) and give my cats documents to her and after that blocked my number. I went there and Lise said she promises to send my cats' pics to me at least once a month and I gave my cats' documents to her. That was the last day I heard about my cats. I don't know what they have done to my cats. It's one year and a half that Lise refuses to give any information about them to me and she evevn doesn't answer my emails. I am really unsatisfied with the awful service of this clinic. All Lise has told to me is my cats are in Hillerød and their new owner is Hanne. I believe it's my right to know what has really happened to my cats but she just ignores me all the time!!!
