Decent place for working out, and having fun with friends. Due to its large size, the Grøndal Multicenter has lots of facilities. However, getting to different rooms can be tedious, as there are only 2 main entrances to the enormous building.

Friendly staff and great service. Easy to book online. The padel tennis equipment was of good quality and the court was well maintained.
Its good for people who love outdoor games. I have seen badminton,tennis, basketball, football,ballet dance

Was attending fencing. Trainer was good, but equipment was old. So old, my brother choked on parts that fell off the mask, and ended in the hospital. :(
