They have many great options for food. I've had issues with an incorrect order that resulted in waiting almost an hour for food. I think situations like this could be handled better.

Sparribs too burned and dried. Not nice as usual. Unimpressed for my last time before we are going to lockdown again tomorrow.
Had Jensens Takeaway today, it happened something like this: 17:10 Me: I would like to order 2 Rump Steaks, how quick can you make them? Oliver: 20 minutes Me: Okay I come 17:30 Oliver: Yes, see you! 17:30 Me: Hi I am here to pick a takeaway. Female: There are no orders in the system Me: I don’t understand, Oliver said 17:30? Female: I will look for Oliver Me: Okay 17:32: Female: Oliver says it was a misunderstanding- he thought it was for later! Me: I don’t understand how the precise conversation above can be misunderstood! Female: She also didn’t understand but would make the order right away! Me: Okay 17:55: Female: Your take-away is ready, did you order it on Just-Eat? Me: No, I don’t use their service as you have to pay them a percentage of the order - I thought it was better Jensen’s gets the money Female: They charge 1,5 Kr per order so it is okay! Me: I find that hard to believe but okay, I have ordered by phone 18:00 Female: I have also put two Chocolate Mousse in the bag Me: Many many thanks! 18:30 Me at home: The meal was great, tasted well and we enjoyed it Me to Daddy: Do you want a Chocolate Mousse that Jensens have given us for waiting for the delayed order? Daddy: Yes Me: Sorry Daddy I can not serve you these, there is NO USE BY DATE OR LOT NUMBER MARKINGS - so Jensen’s is back at their old problem with Kitchen standards and compliance with the law, I have to dispose them. Daddy: What a pity! Me: Yes, but we take no chances, this is illegal for food serving restaurants - it can be months old without anyone knowing Daddy: Okay I want to iterate, WE DO LIKE JENSENS, but this is not okay and not compliant.
Nice place, good climate. Very tasty food, but... there is no vegetarian burger available on Saturday early afternoon, even it is displayed in the menu card. Vegans & vegetarians are probably not the most expected guests here ;) Quite long waiting time.
Terrible service and extremely long waiting time. Nobody cleans tables and take away dirty dishes. waiting time more than 1 hour....
The salad bar was quite disappointing, but the food is otherwise good and the price is just fine. We will go back. :)

We came to the restaurant 18.40 and had high expectations on the visite there. But we got our food to our table not until 19.40. One hours waiting is not ok. When the food finally come and we point out the slow service, they offer us a measly dessert. We declined..... It's not worth the effort to go here just for waiting....
