I left the store with an impression that the salesman's prime goal is to help a customer even though he won't make money on that. Highly appreaciate it.
Not a fan. I really shouldn't have to explain that 9mg/ml 9mg/ml is still 9mg/ml. Or that two bottles of 9mg/ml are not the same as one of 18. It has happened twice now that the guys there were not able to comprehend enough math to sell me the product I need to get to the desired strength. The one interaction with what I assume is the *owner* was friendly, knowledable and helpful, though.
