I am a Goodiebox member for more than 2 years now. Every month the team curates amazing beauty products, delivered to my door. In this 2 years I haven't had any problems, until last month.. when I received a message saying my package was delivered, but it was no where to be found. I got in contact with the delivery company, that pretty much said it had no idea where my package was, and that there was nothing they could do..... Then I got in contact with the Team Goodiebox, even though the delivery problem was not their fault, since the first message the team was attentive and caring. They took care of me and my case, and made sure I was sent a new box! This shows clearly how committed they are to their customer experience \u003c3 I fully recommend Goodiebox, and I thank the team for such a great support!

In the morning my 4 year old daughter sang Happy birthday to me (although there are still a couple of months until then) and I received it happily with one eye opened and lots of kisses. But than, my husband brought me my very first Goodiebox from outside (had been delivered early in the morning) and I felt like a true birthday girl when I opened it and tried my \gifts\. I love them all and cannot wait for my next \Goodiebox birthday\!

Goodiebox is a wonderful treat that comes in my door every month. It’s a well combined gift to a friend or for yourself with an incredible team behind. Should there be any problems at all with the products, which is rarely, the team will be taking good care of you. My only problem will be my severe addiction and closet space

I haven't even received my products. They sent only an empty box... What kind of scam is this ? Update: They sent me all my missing products after I complained to their customer service. I have received also one Carven parfume roll-on.
