Alway good service
This is a nice store, but with terrible customer service. The employee who I spoke to did not show any social skills, he did not want to show me the product, and he completely through me off by being rude and uninterested. These guys should become aware they are not the only business in the city!
Dealt with Photographica for the past four year until I had a very bad experience in the store this past Friday and Saturday. Did a google for an Olympus another Olympus dealer in Copenhagen and found Goecker. Wow, what a wonderful experience, Sales staff is very knowledgable, experienced, professional and friendly as well. The selection is fantastic and very easy to find what your looking for. I am very impressed, probably the best photo store I have been to in Copenhagen or anywhere else for that matter. Visited the store last year and was met with a very stressed-out employee that didn't seem to be to enjoy helping me find the product, I had booked online. When he finally found the product, it was the wrong one, and he had to return to check the stock behind the counter - which he sounded very angry about, like it was my fault he could not find the correct product
Excellent selection and expertise but they messed up my order, right before I left the country. Quite dissapointed
