Fun place. The issue is the staff, as they are kids of 18 years old that do not care to assist much nor to explain if you have questions. Otherwise the bowling is quite good. Would recommend the place.

The guy was so rude. He told us to use only one ball during the game which we understood as they have to clean it after use due to COVID. But after 15 mins the ball didn't come back and there was nobody around to help us as that guy went outside and we were looking for him for 10 mins mid-game. So, we took another ball and when he came back, he started shouting at my friend about why he took another ball and he has to now clean more balls. The whole vibe got killed and i would never suggest anyone to go there again. Poorest customer service and guy had no manners.
Pretty nice bowling facility. Car park is free, entrance is via the door that looks like it will be locked, but leads you up a staircase. The place is fairly large with lots of lanes though it can get pretty busy at times. Staff is nice but service can be improved! Prices are better but you do have to pay extra for bowling shoes, but you can’t not get the bowling shoes. So, you have to pay for the shoes on top of the lane booking which is not ideal. 1 hour time slot means 55mins here so be aware of that!

A great bowling alley with great service. It can get a little packed, that depends entirely on the time. They have automatic fences for small kids.
