Poor/Non existing customer support. I wrote Gardinglis because the internal parts of one of the rails of my lamella curtains is bended so I would like support about how to fix it or send it to warranty. The reply was that it was misuse so they will not even bother to look at it. I have 10 sets of the same curtains and only one has failed and there is no one else living with me who has manipulated the curtain. If you are expecting good customer support when having problems with a product that has a long warranty, do not buy by them.
