This is a specialised electronics shop, where you can get higher level computer stuff (unlike what you can get in the electronic supermarkets). They have survived since the 90's and have a decent service level (e.g. personell that has some knowledge of what they are selling). Prices are - for the most part - slightly higher than online (sometimes quite a lot), but they have to pay for a physical shop in the center of Copenhagen AND they have an \educated\ workforce. You don't usually get that from online only shops, hence they have to cover those cost some way. If you want a place with better service..... pay the extra cost.

Absolutely amazing place. The guy named Harald was helping me a lot and he was not pushy, he was calmly explaining what, where, when and why. Literally everything. He was flawless and I am happy that he spent his time and helped me to decide what to get and if it is worth. Will be coming back for sure, amazing place.

The people who work here are incredibly nice, and so helpful. When my husband and I came in and bought a computer, we experienced superb customer service, which I have found quite scarce around Copenhagen. But it's not then, what has me writing a 5 star review. It is the fact that I could not find a receipt at all in my home, perhaps I accidentally threw it into the garbage. In hopes of getting a receipt, we contacted them several months later asking if they could by any chance supply us with one. They responded in amazing time, and also in the next day or 2, not only found a receipt, but sent it to us via PDF. Now my husband can take it off taxes, and you have saved us so much money. Definitely buy your PC's from these guys. They will certainly take good care of you!
