Find somewhere else... they totally destroyed my jacket. They did not apologise but told me to call a legal counsellor... great jacket with a value of more than 2.000 DKK totally destroyed.

Really bad wash experience, i wash 4 suits no one clean well. 2 suit still kept my old bad body taste! And 1 suit cant iron well. 350 DKK buy poor quality service.
“The customer is never right!”. Having once again experienced very poor customer service (or complete lack of) at Rekord Rens Frederiksberg Alle, we have now decided to completely stop using Rekord Rens. The last issue was their ability to completely dismiss the fact that they had made a mistake and totally ruined an expensive skirt. Instead of being humble and trying to understand the issue and the fact THEY have made a mistake, they deny any wrongdoing and refer you to the tribunal. This behaviour (which has repeated itself) and attitude has completely put us off using Rekord Rens and we will become customers elsewhere. We hope fellow customers will not experience the same.

Kommunikationen var ikke optimal og måtte derfor gå til andet renseri hvor de kunne rense min kjole rigtigt. De behandlede desuden ikke kjolen rigtigt hvorfor der kom ekstra pletter på.
Godt sted at få renset tøj. Fik renset min kjole og et par andre ting, super nem og bekvem behandling
