I live closer to the one in Lyngby but the staff here was notably helpful and friendly. Not the typical “byggemarked stemning” where people working the floor try and avoid eye contact out of fear that you’ll ask for help. Experience tells me it’s the hallmark of good management and a healthy workplace environment. Worth the drive.

I felt uncomfortable
The quality of the products that I have purchased are of medium level. But the batteries in that store are zero level. No matter which product you buy, or even brand new batteries, are defective or include defective batteries, 9 out of 10 times. I had to test 10 products to find one that actually worked. Some had dead batteries (included) and one product was defective. Also I bought 4 brand new rechargeable Philips batteries (AA) and one of them was defective (see photos). I returned it and the second time again one was defective! Too many coincidences not a coincidence. At least the employees are friendly.
Had to wait a bit to get service. When I got it, it was great.
