Rude staff ( man in beard and glasses) I had lost my mask on the way there and asked them while covering my face with fabric if they had a mask, the man said he couldn’t help me and that I would have to leave but with a very snarky attitude which is uncalled for when you’re in a service position. He then refused to attend to me when I had found a mask (from literally the store next door) and returned and made another colleague process my items. I understand that a mask is compulsory, however I’ve been to plenty of stores where they have them lying around and help customers out.

Don't waste your time! Came all the way to the store for them to have NOTHING in stock for children's birthday parties despite the website misleading info saying it is in stock. I'm not paying 50 kr to have you send it because you can't keep your store stocked. Not to mention waiting 30 minutes in line just to have you tell me you have nothing in the store for the kids party theme. And no offer to pay the shipping cost for me for all of my trouble. Will not be a customer here any longer.
