Very slow to load. Poor managenent and long waiting hours.

Twice as bad an experience with a man working on loading goods back. It makes me push 525 kg pallets into a truck that is parked uphill. I offered to open the other side, but he refused, saying he had no time. I closed the truck and turned down the tour.
