One star because 0 is not possible !!! I went to the shop this morning because my tire was flat and I wanted to inflate it. The manager propose me to use the tool outside but I couldn't make it. Therefore I asked him how to do and he says \I am working so you have to pay for my help\...end of the discussion. Since they are the only shop for renting bike they used their position to make money and they don't care of people. But I found another shop where I could rent an electric cargo bike for 300 Danish crones named \kittes and coffee\ with very nice people.

Beware: there is NO warning and no signs which tell you in advance that the business is CASH ONLY. We wanted to rent 3 bikes for the day. Okay, no problem, we selected the bikes and headed into the shop to pay. Only then did the man mention that he only accepts cash (this is highly unusual in Denmark) but there is an ATM nearby. The man insisted that we should fill out a \contract\ while one of us goes to the ATM, because otherwise he might give out the bikes to someone else by the time we bring the cash. Sure. But unfortunately, we had a problem with our card (it was a Danish Nordea card) and couldn't get cash, so we told the man that we cannot take the bikes, sorry. He said that is not an option because we have signed the contract and now we owe him money even if we don't take the bikes. Long story short, we eventually solved the problem and got some cash, but by that time, the man rented out 2 of our 3 bikes! So he wanted us to fulfill our contractual obligations but he didn't fulfill his obligations... the whole point of his stupid contract was to reserve the bikes for us... so... new contract with 2 new bikes, etc. The whole procedure took away so much time that we barely had the opportunity to enjoy the island that day. Horrible service.
Unfortunately, had a terrible experience with this rental shop. When I had problems with bike (which needed some obvious maintenance), owner was rather nasty about it.
Don’t rent your bike here if you can. It is very expensive for bikes that are not well maintained. Moreover the guy is unfriendly. I needed a bike only for half a day so I asked not for a discount but for a bike with a basket at the same price (110 kr, not less!). He answered me rudely that half a day would be from 3pm (ok sorry, it was 2.30!) and that it was not his fault if we came only now. Really nice.
1 stjerne, desværre kun fordi man ikke kan give mindre. Havde lånt en cykel hvor bremserne ikke virkede, hvilket først blev opdaget senere da der bremses med pedaler normalt, dog hoppede kæden af led og så virkede bremserne ikke... Da man snakker med dem dagen efter bliver lederen arrogant, pigenornærmet og flabet og med nedladende kommentarer hele tiden. Service er forfærdelig og chefen en nar. Mit råd, find et andet sted at låne en cykel.
Wir haben uns 4 Fahrräder ausgeliehen (2x Kind, 2x Erwachsen), der Preis für diese alten Fahrräder zu hoch. Bei unserer Tochter sprang die Kette bei jedem Kilometer min. 1x runter. 1 Erwachsenen-Fahrrad ging nach ein paar Kilometern kaputt -\u003e Ritzel löste sich. Man konnte mit diesem nicht mehr fahren, somit war die Fahrrad-Tour beendet und wir mussten das Fahrrad kilometerweit zurück schieben. Nie wieder Fahrräder bei diesem Shop! Eigentlich ist auch 1 Stern zu viel.
På årets travleste dag havde de alligevel to fine cykler til os til en rimelig pris. God service!
Ubehøvlet, og arrogant service af stedet. Selv om man ringer, giver de ikke en ordentlig service , og lægger bare på røret. Priserne os en smule overprice for lån af en cykel i en dag
