The hotel is located in outer edges of Esbjerg. The middle of the city is about 5 minutes with the car. The room was nice and clean, but a bit far from main building. Service was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good, not that much of variety but definitely enough to get full.
Ok for Denmark in terms of cleanliness. 5 stars for DK, for friendliness and finding solutions to help customers. Great area, close to the sea, nice setting of the rooms-buildings, and the breeze at night makes up for everything. Lovely helpful staff at reception /restaurant.
Hotel location is a 5min drive from Esbjerg center. The service and food were good. Rooms are spacious with typical scandinavian design. Rooms are located in different houses around the hotel area but its no problem.
Travelled for the last year in an out of Denmark attending courses, an Excellent service from all at ECH esberg, so far the best of all hotels where it comes to service from staff at ECH especially Nicolah at the front desk
