The Bolivian embassy in Copenhagen is by far the worst experience my wife and I have had with an embassy. We both have traveled a lot so we are aware that dealing with an embassy to a visa might not be always be straight forward. However my wifie made all the necessary paperwork according the the guidelines on the website and we both double checked it before sending it in. After some time we call the embassy to ask about the progress of the visa, just to discover they haven't even started the process. We call again a few days later to see if it has been started, we're told they need some more information, we give it to them and think it's fine. They keep asking for differet information, and sometimes they ask for the information they've already got. If you ask a question, like why the information on the embasy page don't show the correct information for applying for visa or if they need any additional information they will reply is something along the lines of \ If you want your visa you shouldn't ask questions\ At the end we got a visa, but not one we could use. the 6 months visa we applied and paid for should have gotten ended up being 30 days visa... we leave in less than 2 weeks and are staying in other south american countries prior to Bolivia, making the 30 day visa utterly useless. Now we have to hope we can get the visa in Peru since we don't have time to make a new one in Copenhagen . FYI prosessing time was longer than it says on the embassy homepage.
