Karen that does not look healthy or well her self interrogated me and was extremely judgemental, distant, arrogant and unpersonal. She tried to put words into my mouth that wasn't mine and treated me as if I was a criminal that had stolen something and had to defend my self. So humiliating. Karen was more like a cold surgeon without any social empathy - showing no real interest in me as a human being!. She didnt listen to my reply and 4 times I said \it is now the 5th time I'm answering this\. For the second time because of a small inner infection I had to call again within 14 days. And the experience is the same. I can't get any help, are being interrogated, dismissed and made wrong. This is why I never ever go to a doctor, because they filter everything through their masculine sceptical brain. And Karen do have e bad track record in here, which comforts me.

Haven't had anything but fine experiences here. I had an aggressive ear infection a long time ago, so when ever I feel something in my ear I sorta panic, my first ear infection was with another doctor, but I went here not long ago, she looked into my ear, said there was something that could be an infection, gave my a prescription for some antibiotic ear drops and that's it, easy.
She listened to problem very well. Very good doctor.
Totally arrogant \doctor\. Just had a close relative, who needed urgent assistance. Even though there is a wellknown track record, harsh arrogance of the worst kind. Ignorance had been a lot better. Never heard of any \doctor\ being like that - ever.
Aldrig har jeg mødt så dårlig læge. Karen er pt den væreste læge jeg har haft. Spar jer tiden og find jer en anden
Havde brug for henvisning/hjælp til at komme på skadestue med min datters forstuvede hånd pga af fysioterapeuts mistanke om et brækket fingerled og egen læge var på ferie. Ubehagelig samtale over telefonen hvor jeg fik at vide, at jeg ikke kunne få henvisning til skadestue uden at komme til konsultation hos dem først på en tid sen eftermiddag og så skulle se frem til ventetider på skadestue med en træt lille pige. Det kunne jeg ikke tro på, at vores system er så rigidt, bureaukratisk og ressourceforspildende, at jeg uden grund skal forbi praktiserende læge først når en fysioterapeut har udtalt sig. Jeg fandt også ud af, at det overhovedet ikke passede og jeg fik uden problemer akut tid på skadestuen gennem 1813 efter forslag fra en anden praktiserende læge. Ærgerligt at nogle mennesker giver et dårlig indtryk af et ellers fint, fleksibelt og menneskeligt system.
Empatiske, lyttende, forstående og imødekommende læger. De tager sig tid til sine patienter (dette resulterer nogle gange i ekstra ventetid, men hellere det, end at man går derfra med en følelse af, at der ikke er blevet lyttet til én). Sekretæren og sygeplejersken, som også er tilknyttet klinikken er også utrolig imødekommende. Jeg føler mig generelt altid godt tilpas, når jeg kommer i klinikken :-).
