Went to get a door fixed from my kitchen. When i got back my door (late by a week), it had been fixed incorrectly. When I pointed this out to the guy in the shop, he suggested I had instructed them incorrectly - given I had actually marked the correct location, this was not true. The man then accused me of lying, before reluctantly agreeing to repair it. The manager offered no apology and I was charged for the work. Unhelpful, unfriendly and completely uncaring of me as a customer, given I already had the designa kitchen and couldn’t go anywhere else.
