Good customer service but the flexibility they showed to deliver my package was just horrible. I wouldn't be home between 9:00 and 16:30 and they asked me to go to their depot because they wouldn't stress or guarantee that they would deliver it from 8:00 to 9:00. I basically went there and paid around 400kr for a taxi to take me home with my new still packed bike.
