I got cheated with reclamation/guarantee on my sofa that I bought for almost 9000 kr. The sofa got some defects after a year of usage and I ask the service center to fix it for me. I send them the pictures of the defects on the sofa. They asked me when did you find the defects in the sofa, my reply was a month ago. Got a reply from the service center saying they can't help me with the reclamation because it's I informed them late. For this sure was the last time I bought something I Daells bolighus. P. S the sofa is still in guarantee.

They have a lot of good deals on furniture, the prices are decent and the quality is there. The only downside is some of the staff, can’t seem to be really friendly and they act bothered if you ask any questions, even though I’ve spent a hefty amount on furniture from their store.

A very nice place to buy furnitures. Not only at good price/discounts, they make/stretch payments so that it will be easier to pay back. In addition, you can be assured of buying quality/durable products. Furthermore, they have good workers that knows their job.
