Unfortunately, all my UPS packages get delivered here against my will. The owner of this place is one of the rudest and most unhelpful people I've ever met in my life. The guy often makes, among other things, snarky remarks towards his customers. Why run a business like this if you hate being around people and/or you feel you're so much better than your customers? Please find a better partner for your deliveries, UPS. This man and store are a disgrace.

The owner of the bike shop is rude, unfriendly and tried to rip me off for a service that I got for free during a previous visit. His employees are super nice and helpful though.
I purchased a bike from this place. I never had any problems with the bike. However, the owner of this bike shop is a real jerk. He is very rude and very cold. He is a miserable person to talk to. The service from him was uncomfortable and unpleasant. I do not recommend this bike shop.
Help full staffs, good services, reasonable prices.
I asked the owner to look at a flat tire. He said he fixed it, thirty minutes into my ride the tire was flat again. Took the bike back, which was very inconvenient, and he said he would look at it again. Picked it up the next day, the tire went flat again 5 hours late.
Får altid god service her og de er hurtige og specielt idag hvor jeg spontant kom forbi og ville se på en cykelkurv, da min gamle skulle skiftes ud, spurgte om de havde tid og det havde de egentligt ikke idag, forståeligt nok, men da jeg ville aftale en tid at komme forbi, var de alligevel hurtige at tage opgaven med det samme - så fik skiftet både bremsekabel og cykelkurv og sidst men ikke mindst fik jeg en god rabat på det hele og det tog i alt mindre end 15 min. Stabil god gammeldags service, ikke ofte man ser det længere. Anbefaler altid! Tak
