This is by far the worst experience I have ever made as far as piano shops are concerned. I have not been treated that impolitely in years. On the futuristically designed grand pianos there where small signs placed on the keys advising the customer not to touch any of the pianos. The shop assistants seemed completely unconcerned and inactive. Neither of them felt responsible for me. When I asked if I could try one of the pianos that where actually placed in the room for demonstration purposes one shop assistant replied harshly: \very shortly please\. In my opinion \Copenhagen Piano\ is more some kind of science fiction museum rather than a piano store and I dont think they set their focus on the music. I suppose it is all about the aesthetics. What a pity.

When I asked for the price of a particular piano, the salesman said it was « too expensive » as if he was judging me by my casual and non-rich-person looks. Based on this very unpleasant experience, and this snobbish and rude seller, I would never recommend this shop to anyone.
