If you are looking for some legal advices, this place is really good. Lawyers are knowledgeable enough to help out your case. They are quite keen on helping specially in needs and can’t afford to pay lawyers. It is located nearby Tivoli

I had a very good experience as an international. There is no problem if you don't speak Danish. Lawyers are very helpful and explain things in details. Just BE AWARE queues are VERY long.
If your intention is to just give them a case to help them waste your time and effort ...its OK, but if instead you really need help and need a Lawyer to solve a dispute ...then You better run away from them and look somewhere else. After 8 visits with an average of 60 minutes waiting time and 14 emails ...their resolution was \WE ARE SORRY BUT WE CAN'T HELP YOU\.
Based on my experience, I would recommend setting your expectations low. The volunteering lawyers I met had extremely little time for each client and were barely able/willing to hear my story or advise. The office is a nice space and the reception friendly and well organised.
København rethælp itself is not bad for advise. However, if your case is taken by lawyer through rethælp then you may face problems because FRI PROCES lawyers are not that much competent and lack basic skills. Stay away from Advokat Stig Nielsen at rethælp because he is complete looser and capable of loosing any case in court within minutes. He does not have basic skills and competencies neither he works on the cases. He just pick up cases from rethælp and think about his fees only which is paid by the state. Remember, your chance of loosing legal case with Stig Nielsen in court is 100%. In my case, he lost the lawsuit from trainee lawyer of Danske Mediers Arbejdsgiverforening (DMA). DMA did not bother to send competent advocate because they already knew that they are going to fight with a complete looser (Stig Nielsen).
Amazing help.
Very good pro bono consultation, they are really helpful here. Just make sure you come early enough & be ready for a longer wait as the queue can be long.
I just called to get help about a rental agreement between my parents and their rental agency, but before i could finish explaining what the issue was, i was redirected to LLO. I called them earlier this morning and they said that i need to call Retshjælp for advice since we aren’t LLO members. What a bureaucratic nightmare to get a simple question answered. People don’t even wait for you to finish speaking, its rude!
