Really nice shop with plenty of bikes, parts, accesories and clothing. But all the nice stops here. The staff isn't that friendly as one would expect. Or very well prepared. I even had to explain to a seller what the difference was between to almost identical parts. The workshop is bad too. I had 2 different bikes in there. Really slow to fix, never really fixed the problem and they try to up-sell parts. There was one guy who wanted to sell me a part that would require some more spending after installing it. When confronted on it the guy kept on insisting that it's not true and i don't need to buy anything extra. They kept my bike in the workshop for almost 20 days. It should have been ready in about 2-3 days. But i could'nt get them to answer the phone. Tried to contact them over email... no answer. When i eventually got to speak with them they were yeah, the bike is almost ready One last thing: they estimated the cost of a repair at about 60 Euro and i ended up paying just a bit over 100. That for some easy fixes (gear cable replacement, chain replacement, nexus cog replacement). So guys and gals: support your local bike shops! But find another one to support. These guys here have'nt improved in the last 4 years since i first was there.
